This shader was very easy after I had worked on the textured shader. Everything from the Inside/Out Shader is the same except we have no hump multiplyer.

The only problem came when I did batch renders in Maya. When using the render view, everything looked good but problems occured when batch render was on. I then tried looking at the tabs in my HyperShade and saw that there was a Renderman Displacement node. I then used it and tried the batch render.

NOTE: Using a regular Renderman Shader Node will work with Displacement until you use the Batch Render. Below is a screen shot of what the network should look like.
